PENN YAN, NY — Authorities are seeking a woman wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
Sara J. Watts, 48, of Penn Yan, is wanted by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Watts is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
