NASHUA, NH — The Nashua Police Department arrested 32-year-old Crystal Ainslie, of Nashua, and 41-year-old James Taylor of no fixed address on Oct. 27 for burglary, a Class B felony.
On Oct. 26, the Nashua Police Department responded to St. Mary Orthodox Church, 39 Chandler Street, for a burglary.
When officers arrived, Ainslie and Taylor were both still at the church.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation.
At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that Ainslie and Taylor had entered the church and stolen money from a locked container.
Ainslie and Taylor were both held on $500 cash bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Court-District Division on Monday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m.
