TONAWANDA, NY — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who allegedly damaged property at a liquor store after being refused service.
Officers responded to Midnight Liquors at 3167 Eggert Road on Oct. 11 following a report of a disruptive individual.
The suspect attempted to purchase alcohol at the store but was denied the sale, according to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department.
After being refused service, the individual caused property damage before leaving the scene.
Police have not released details about the extent of the damage or the reason the sale was denied.
