BALLSTON SPA, NY — A woman faces multiple felony drug charges following a lengthy investigation into drug sales in Saratoga County.
Linda L. Bruno, 61, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Wednesday on three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges are class B felonies.
Bruno is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing crack cocaine with intent to sell it and of knowingly and unlawfully selling crack cocaine in the village of Ballston Spa.
The arrest was the culmination of a lengthy investigation into illicit drug possession and sales in Saratoga County.
Bruno was arraigned before the Honorable Steven L. Brown in Milton Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings in Ballston Spa Village Court.
