BOLIVAR, NY — State police arrested a 59-year-old man Oct. 20 after he allegedly exposed himself to a cashier at a Dollar General store.
Mitchell A. Derosia, of Bolivar, was charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.
Troopers responded to the Dollar General on Main Street at 11 a.m. for a report of a man exposing himself while checking out.
An investigation determined that Derosia was purchasing an item while his genitals were fully exposed to the cashier, according to police.
Troopers identified and located Derosia during the investigation and arrested him.
Derosia was transported to the Allegany County Holding Center for arraignment.
