OSWEGATCHIE — New York State Police arrested a 67-year-old man for unlawful eviction on Oct. 10.
William L. Morley, of Ogdensburg, was taken into custody following a landlord-tenant dispute on Morley Park Drive.
Police responded to the scene at approximately 2:33 p.m.
The investigation revealed that Morley had turned off the electricity to a mobile home on his property without prior notice and refused to restore power.
Morley was transported to SP Ogdensburg for processing.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Oswegatchie Court in November.
