MARYLAND — A 31-year-old Texas woman was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident Oct. 6.
Kathrine E. Mcfadden of Wylie, Texas, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18% or more, operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more alcohol in blood, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent, and open container in vehicle.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office said Mcfadden was found at the accident scene in the Town of Maryland and determined to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.
Mcfadden was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in Town of Maryland Court at a later date.
