PENN YAN — The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a 51-year-old man wanted on criminal contempt and disobedience charges.
James H. Pipes is wanted for criminal contempt in the second degree and disobeying a mandate excluding jail, according to a sheriff’s office bulletin.
Pipes is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with brown eyes.
The sheriff’s office lists no hair description for Pipes, who was born Dec. 23, 1973.
