NORTHVILLE — State Police arrested Riley J. Marco, 32, of Northville, for reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in the third degree, and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations on Oct. 7.
Troopers attempted to stop a vehicle operated by Marco at about 2:06 p.m. in the area of State Route 30 in Northville.
Marco failed to comply, and a vehicle pursuit was initiated.
The pursuit ended on South Main Street in the Village of Northville when Marco intentionally struck a marked state police car, lost control of his vehicle, struck a guide rail, and overturned.
Marco reported non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Nathan Littauer Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Upon release from the hospital, Marco was transported to State Police Mayfield for processing.
He was then arraigned at the Fulton County Centralized Arraignment Part Court where he was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash, $250,000 bond, or a $250,000 partially secured bond.
No other individuals were injured, and no other vehicles were damaged during the incident.
