PENN YAN — Police arrested Tajha E. Northrup, 28, of Penn Yan for third-degree assault and second-degree harassment after he allegedly entered a residence and attacked another individual.
Northrup allegedly struck the individual in the head and then hit the victim with a glass candle causing the candle to shatter and cut the victim’s head.
Northrup was held pending CAP arraignment for the purposes of obtaining an order of protection.
