HOLYOKE — Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan announced that officers seized heroin, cocaine and crack-cocaine while arresting 51-year-old Juan Beltran Vazquez on Tuesday.
Around 5:30 p.m., Officer Craig Zolendziewski responded to Northampton Street for a well-being check on a subject in a vehicle.
When the officer arrived, he observed the car running and Beltran-Vazquez slumped over the steering wheel and a crack-pipe.
When the officer woke up Beltran-Vazquez and identified him, the officer discovered that Beltran-Vazquez had an outstanding warrant out of Springfield District Court.
Beltran-Vazquez was placed under arrest.
Inside a fanny pack, officers recovered crack-cocaine, heroin and cocaine.
Juan Beltran-Vazquez of Springfield is charged with arrest warrant, possession with the intent to distribute a Class B drug, possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug.
