LOWELL — Detectives assigned to the Lowell Police Department’s Special Investigations Section conducted an investigation in the area of Summer Street and Gorham Street on Sept. 19.
As a result of the investigation, 29 grams of crack cocaine, 5 grams of cocaine, and cash were seized from an adult male.
The adult male was arrested and charged with trespass after notice, city ordinance violation for public drinking, city ordinance violation for weapons law involving a knife exceeding 2.5 inches, and trafficking cocaine involving more than 18 grams but less than 36 grams.
