GREENFIELD — A Greenfield man was arrested on multiple driving while intoxicated charges following a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on state Route 9N at 1:28 a.m.
Dylan J. Dingman, 30, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, and moving from a lane unsafely.
His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.20%.
The investigation determined Dingman’s southbound vehicle crossed into the northbound lane, left the roadway, and struck a utility pole and a rock wall.
The vehicle was then redirected back into the northbound lane, where it overturned and came to rest.
No injuries were reported.
Dingman was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Greenfield Town Court at a later date.
