WEST HARTFORD — Jordan Girouard, 31, was arrested Thursday on an active warrant for criminal violation of a restraining order.
The South Windsor Police Department took Girouard into custody at 5:07 p.m.
The charge stems from a February domestic violence investigation in which police determined Girouard contacted a female victim in violation of a full no-contact restraining order.
Connecticut State Police Troop H initially took Girouard into custody before transferring him to South Windsor police.
Girouard was processed and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Friday.
