PENN YAN — Police arrested Jesus R. Santiago-Ramirez, 45, of Penn Yan for disorderly conduct after officers were called to a local establishment for a patron who refused to leave.
On arrival officers asked Santiago-Ramirez to leave several times which he refused and became disorderly.
Santiago-Ramirez was taken to the police department, processed and released on an appearance ticket.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
