PENN YAN — A 36-year-old Clifton Springs man was arrested Sept. 9 at the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on charges stemming from a domestic violence investigation.
Michael P. Gage was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, harassment in the second degree and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred Sept. 1 in the Village of Rushville.
Gage was arrested at 4:07 p.m. at 227 Main Street in Penn Yan.
He was held for centralized arraignment processing and will answer to the charges in Town of Potter Court.
