PENN YAN — The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a 41-year-old man wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
Zachary W. Michaud is described as a white male born Oct. 12, 1983.
He stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
