Chester man arrested on 5th DUI charge after motorcycle crash in Weathersfield

WEATHERSFIELD — A 64-year-old Chester man was arrested on his fifth DUI charge following a motorcycle accident Aug. 23.

Gregorey Holley was charged with DUI fifth offense and gross negligent operation after crashing his motorcycle in front of the Ascutney Volunteer Fire Department on Route 131, according to the Windsor County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies responded to the crash at approximately 10:58 p.m. and found Holley standing next to his motorcycle in a ditch with volunteer firefighters.

Det. Sgt. Richard King reported that Holley showed signs of impairment.

After being medically cleared, Holley was screened and arrested.

He is scheduled to appear in Windsor County Court on Sept. 30 at 8:30 a.m.
