PENN YAN — Penn Yan Police arrested Ralph G. Hullings Jr., 63, of Penn Yan for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th after he was found to be in possession of Buprenorphine, a schedule III narcotic.
Officers had arrested Hullings on a separate matter in April and during that arrest officers found him to be in possession of an orange film suspected of being Buprenorphine.
The film was sent to the NYSP crime lab and was confirmed to be Buprenorphine.
Hullings was issued an appearance ticket for the offense and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court on a later date.
