PENN YAN — Daniel R. Bergstresser, 63, of Penn Yan, was arrested by Penn Yan Police on a Superior Court arrest warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd both class B felonies following an investigation into drug sales in Penn Yan.
Bergstresser is accused of selling crack cocaine in the village.
Officers located Bergstresser on Main Street in the village and took him into custody without incident.
He was arraigned in Yates County Superior Court and released in accordance with New York State Law.
