BATH — Officers with the Village of Bath Police Department located and arrested Brett A. Simons, age 35, of Bath, on an outstanding arrest warrant on Aug. 20 at approximately 2:20 p.m.
The arrest warrant stemmed from a complaint investigated by the Village of Bath Police Department on July 21 involving harassment and stalking allegations.
Simons is charged with one count of Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a violation, and one count of Stalking in the 4th Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Simons was processed and taken to Bath Village Court for arraignment, which was in session.
Simons was released on his own recognizance.
