BATH — Members of the Village of Bath Police Department and New York State Police responded to a residence on East Steuben Street for an open line with a disturbance in the background at approximately 5:23 a.m. Aug. 22.
Upon arrival, it was determined that a domestic dispute was occurring.
An investigation into the incident determined that the primary aggressor had entered the dwelling unlawfully and had damaged property inside.
Tatiana Lopez, age 24, of Elmira, was arrested and charged with burglary in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony.
She was also charged with criminal mischief in the 4th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and aggravated family offense, a Class E felony.
Lopez was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail where she was released on her own recognizance.
