9 arrested in Jamestown drug raids at 3 locations

JAMESTOWN — Simultaneous search warrants were executed at three locations on Aug. 21 at about 1:36 p.m., resulting in nine arrests on drug-related charges.

The Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department SWAT Team made entry to 221 E. 8th Street upper garage apartment and apartment 3, and at 47 1/2 Baker Street.

Juliannays N. Fuentes was located inside the 221 E. 8th Street garage upper apartment.

Zulery M. Jimenez-Fuentes, Victor M. Melendez and a 4-year-old child were found in apartment 3.

Angel Alberto Ozuna, Cristian Adalberto DeJesus Polanco, Juana Maria Concer Jesus, Noel Montes Delosanto and Jamie Bennett were located at 47 1/2 Baker Street.

After the locations were secured by the SWAT teams, detectives from the Jamestown Police Department and investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office searched the locations.

All subjects were charged with multiple counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and multiple counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.

Zulery M. Jimenez-Fuentes was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

All three locations were condemned by the Jamestown Department of Development.

The Jamestown Police Department was assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, FBI and ICE.
