JAMESTOWN — Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Dollar General on Winsor Street around 5 p.m. Aug. 23.
During the investigation, police determined that Jorge L. Rivera, 23, of Jamestown, intentionally drove his vehicle into oncoming traffic during a domestic dispute.
Rivera hit the victim’s vehicle head-on in an attempt to stop them, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
The victim and three juveniles were in the victim’s vehicle at the time of the collision.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Rivera was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail where he is being held pending arraignment.
He is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.
