BATH — A 33-year-old Bath man was arrested Monday on charges he stole a coffee machine key from a local convenience store.
Jacob R. Fronk was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a complaint received at 11:59 a.m. Aug. 18 regarding stolen property at Kwik Fill.
Police said surveillance video showed a male stealing the coffee machine key from the store.
The male was identified as Fronk, who was later located and taken into custody.
Fronk was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Bath Village Court at a later date.
The coffee machine key was returned to its rightful owner.
