BATH — A 31-year-old Bath man was arrested Aug. 19 following a domestic incident at his residence, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
Alexander R. Hulfish of Brookwood Estate was taken into custody after deputies responded to a report at that location.
Authorities allege Hulfish unlawfully restrained another person and physically prevented them from calling 911 for assistance.
Officials also say a child was present during the incident and was endangered.
Hulfish is charged with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
