HENRIETTA — Deputies are attempting to locate 15-year-old Zakiyah Phelps of Henrietta.
She is described as 5’6″ tall, about 130 lbs. with black hair, brown eyes and glasses.
Zakiyah was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 19 wearing a black hoodie, blue sweatpants, black and white Adidas shoes and a yellow North Face book bag.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
