RICHFORD — Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a trespassing complaint on Main Street at approximately 5:47 p.m. Friday.
Through investigation, police determined that Steven Russell, 60, of Richford, had entered a property from which he had previously been trespassed.
The victim was identified as Raymond Lee, 64, of Richford.
Russell was later located and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on Oct. 6.
