BATAVIA — A 40-year-old Batavia man was arrested Aug. 12 for harassment and obstructing governmental administration after allegedly interfering with and fighting police during a domestic incident investigation on North Spruce Street.
Lazaro A. Alfonso was charged with harassment in the second degree and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 19.
In a separate incident Aug. 8, Kyle W. Nash, 38, of Batavia, was arrested for harassment in the second degree after allegedly hitting another person during an altercation on Elm Street.
Nash was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court Aug. 19.
Patrick J. Gonzales, 32, of Batavia, was arrested Aug. 10 for criminal contempt in the second degree after allegedly violating an order of protection.
Gonzales was also charged with harassment in the second degree for allegedly shoving another person who was attempting to keep him away from the protected person.
He was arraigned in CAP Court.
