Jamestown police arrest 4 in domestic incidents

JAMESTOWN — Police arrested four people in separate domestic incidents between Aug. 13 and Aug. 16.

On Aug. 13 at about 7:24 p.m., officers responded to a domestic dispute on the south end of the city.

The investigation revealed that Alexandra Peterson forcibly removed a Ring-style doorbell camera from the residence, causing damage to the device, and engaged in unwanted physical contact with the male victim in violation of an active order of protection.

Peterson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

She was charged with harassment in the second degree, criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Following the booking procedures, Peterson was released on an appearance ticket at the direction of the court.

On Aug. 15 at around 11:45 p.m., officers responded to a south side address for a wellbeing check.

Through investigation, it was discovered that a domestic incident had occurred earlier in the day involving Zachery RC. Vorse.

Vorse attacked a juvenile victim and caused physical injury to them.

He was placed into custody without incident and transported to the city jail where he was held pending arraignment.

On Aug. 16 at approximately 3:42 a.m., officers were dispatched to the north side of the city in response to a frantic 911 call.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that Dakota M. Morse had attempted to forcibly detain a female victim by pulling her by the sweatshirt along the street.

This act additionally obstructed the victim’s ability to breathe.

Morse fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival but was located shortly after and taken into custody.

Morse was transported to Jamestown City Jail where he is awaiting arraignment on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, along with an outstanding arrest warrant.

On Aug. 16 at about 3:45 p.m., officers responded to an address on the east side of the city for a domestic dispute.

Following the investigation, officers learned that Cody A. DiDomenico struck the victim in the face while the victim had an active order of protection against DiDomenico.

It was further revealed that the incident took place in the presence of the victim’s child.

DiDomenico was located nearby shortly after and taken into custody by officers without incident.

DiDomenico was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment in the second degree.

He is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
