LYNDONVILLE — A St. Johnsbury man was arrested on suspicion of his second DUI offense Thursday evening after a traffic stop on Memorial Drive.
Evan M. Kieber, 41, was stopped by a Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer at about 6:49 p.m. Aug. 14 for observed violations.
The officer determined Kieber displayed signs of impairment by alcohol, according to a police press release.
After further investigation, Kieber was arrested for suspicion of DUI #2 (Alcohol).
Kieber was released to a sober party after DUI processing.
He was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of Aug. 25 at 8:30 a.m.
