WAITSFIELD — A Worcester man was charged with violating a relief from abuse order after an investigation into electronic communications sent to a victim.
Michael Reilly, 54, was accused of violating an abuse prevention order and disturbing the peace by use of telephone or other electronic communications, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers were notified of a possible violation of the relief from abuse order on Aug. 7 at approximately 11 a.m.
The incident occurred on East Warren Road in Waitsfield on Aug. 11 at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Following an investigation, police determined Reilly had violated the relief from abuse order and disturbed the peace of the victim through electronic communications.
