BATH — An officer with the Village of Bath Police Department observed an interaction between two subjects that was later determined to be in violation of a court issued order of protection on June 29 at approximately 2:50 a.m.
An investigation ensued and determined that the suspect, Robin S. Robinson, age 42, of Corning, had made contact with the protected party of a full stay away order of protection at the Kwik Fill Gas station, located on West Morris Street in the Village of Bath.
A warrant for Robinson’s arrest was issued, charging him with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On Aug. 5 at approximately 8:50 p.m., Bath PD was notified that Robinson was in the custody of the Corning Police Department on unrelated charges.
Robinson was taken into custody from Corning Police officers, processed, and transported to the Steuben County Jail.
Robinson was arraigned in CAP court and was released.
