FLETCHER — Vermont State Police arrested a St. Albans man on an active warrant during a traffic stop Aug. 10.
Allen Marsh, 56, was pulled over at approximately 9:26 p.m. on Cambridge Road for an equipment violation.
Police identified Marsh as the vehicle’s operator and discovered he had an active in-state warrant for a parole violation.
Marsh was arrested per the warrant order and transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility.
He is being held without bail.
