HARTWICK — A Garden City man was arrested Aug. 9 on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic dispute investigation.
Timothy M. Nardo, 41, was taken into custody by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office after the incident in the Town of Hartwick.
Nardo was processed at Hartwick Town Court.
He was later turned over to Otsego County Corrections pending centralized arraignment.
