HYDE PARK — A 29-year-old man was arrested Thursday on multiple firearm charges following a joint investigation by the FBI and Boston police.
Kenneth Bigby-Williams was taken into custody at approximately 5:55 a.m. after fleeing from law enforcement near 58–92 Margaretta Drive.
A loaded Ruger 5.7 firearm was recovered from his waistband during the arrest.
Investigators later executed a search warrant at his residence at 142 Margaretta Drive, where multiple firearms, ammunition and high-capacity magazines were seized.
Bigby-Williams faces charges including unlawful carry of a firearm, unlawful possession of an assault weapon and improper storage of a firearm near a minor.
He is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
