FORT COVINGTON — New York State Police Troop B Computer Crime Unit arrested a 70-year-old Fort Covington man Wednesday on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Ricky L. Fuller was charged with one count each of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, and third-degree obscenity.
The investigation revealed that Fuller uploaded and sent a video of child sexual abuse material.
Fuller was arrested and transported to State Police Malone for processing.
He was arraigned in Fort Covington Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail with no bail set.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Friday at 4 p.m. in Fort Covington Town Court.
The investigation remains ongoing.
