MARYLAND — A 45-year-old Maryland woman was arrested Aug. 4 following an investigation into a residential burglary.
Brook C. Romano was charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, two counts of petit larceny, and resisting arrest, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Romano was developed as a suspect in the burglary investigation and was located at her residence.
She resisted arrest while being taken into custody, authorities said.
Romano was processed on the charges and turned over to the Otsego County Correctional Facility to be held for arraignment.
She is scheduled to appear in Maryland Town Court.
