GREECE — A 49-year-old Greece woman was arrested Wednesday on burglary and felony driving while intoxicated charges after police say she broke into a vacant home on Kirkwood Road.
Officers responded to a burglary report at 320 Kirkwood Road at approximately 5 p.m. July 31.
Police say Traci Adolph unlawfully entered the home through an exterior window and stole several personal items.
The victim told police he received calls and text messages from Adolph, including photos taken from inside the home.
The victim said Adolph admitted to the burglary during their communications.
While officers were investigating at the scene, Adolph returned to the area and parked nearby.
She was detained without incident.
Police observed stolen items in plain view on the front passenger seat of her vehicle.
Officers discovered Adolph’s driver’s license was revoked and that she appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
A DWI investigation confirmed impairment, and she was charged with felony driving while intoxicated based on two prior DWI convictions within the past 10 years.
Adolph faces charges of third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated.
She was processed at Greece Police Headquarters and transported to Monroe County Jail for arraignment.
