EAST CHATHAM — State Police arrested Jeremiah Woodward, 44, of East Chatham, for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree on July 30.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., following a preliminary investigation, Woodward was subsequently arrested and transported to SP Livingston for processing on July 30.
He was arraigned in Kinderhook Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
Woodward is due to appear in New Lebanon Town Court on Aug. 14.
The investigation is ongoing.
