HARTWICK — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 28-year-old Oneonta man on driving while intoxicated charges following a motor vehicle accident July 24.
Gabriel Jansen was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI .08% or more of alcohol, failure to keep right, moved from lane unsafely, driving on shoulders and slopes, and failure to use designated lane.
Sheriff’s officials said Jansen was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated during their investigation of the crash.
Jansen was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Hartwick Court at a later date.
