The officer conducted a traffic stop on Haverling Street and identified the male passenger as Brian Robbins, 38, of Bath.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Shilia Abbott, 27, also of Bath.
During the investigation, police located a significant amount of methamphetamine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
Robbins and Abbott were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a class C felony.
Both individuals were processed and taken to the Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment.
While the investigation was ongoing on Haverling Street, Kimberly Jerrells, 47, of Bath arrived at the scene on a bicycle and disrupted police activity.
Officers stated that Jerrells obstructed them from conducting their investigation, and after being advised she was under arrest, she resisted.
