PENN YAN — Travis D. Vermilye, 31, of Penn Yan, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Yates County Superior Court charging him with a violation of probation.
Vermilye was taken into custody in the city of Geneva by Geneva Police and turned over to Penn Yan Police.
Vermilye was held at the Yates County Jail to await arraignment in county court.
