GREENE — Members of the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Village of Greene resident July 19 for harassment 2nd degree and criminal contempt 1st degree.
James P. Murphy, 31, was arrested following an investigation of a domestic dispute that occurred in the Village of Greene.
Murphy was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in CAP Court where he was released on his own recognizance.
Murphy is scheduled to appear in the Village of Greene Court at a later date.
