BATH — Bath Police Officers responded to a larceny report at Walgreens on July 16 around 10:50 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found the suspect behind the store with property he had allegedly stolen.
Police determined the suspect had been previously trespassed from the store.
Stanley Mckee, 69, of Bath was arrested for third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Mckee was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment.
Mckee has been arrested on four separate third-degree burglary charges since the beginning of the year and multiple other offenses.
