DUMMERSTON — Vermont State Police arrested a 19-year-old West Wardsboro man early Saturday on an aggravated assault charge following a reported dispute.
James Davies was taken into custody at 12:34 a.m. July 12 after police responded to a report of a dispute in Dummerston.
The victim was identified as Cobe Mager, 22, of Dummerston.
Davies was issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on July 12 at 12:30 p.m.
He was released on conditions of release.
