PENN YAN — Penn Yan Police arrested Bailey L. Harris, 26, of Penn Yan on a warrant out of Chemung County for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd.
Officers observed Harris walking on Main Street and took him into custody without incident.
He was turned over to the Elmira Police Department.
