RICHFORD — Vermont State Police received a report of an incident that had occurred at 35 River St. on June 28 at approximately 10:52 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Gregory Benoit, 55, of Richford, had caused property damage in excess of $1,300 at the address and fled the scene.
Benoit was located June 29 and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Aug. 12 at 8:30 a.m. for the offense of unlawful mischief.
