EAST WORCESTER — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 37-year-old East Worcester man on an assault charge June 28.
Thomas M. Hartmann was charged with assault in the third degree following a domestic incident investigation.
Deputies responded to a residence in the hamlet of East Worcester for a report of a physical domestic incident.
Hartmann was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Worcester Town Court at a later date.
