Bath police arrest New York man on impersonation charge

BATH — Bath Police Officers responded to a disturbance call on West Washington Street around 3:45 p.m. June 25.

During the investigation, a male subject failed to provide his name and gave false names because he had an active warrant through Livingston County Sheriff Office.

The male was later identified as Warren Harwood, 27, of Hornell, New York.

Harwood was arrested for Criminal Impersonation 2nd, a class A misdemeanor.

He was issued an appearance ticket with Bath Village Court and then turned over to Livingston County Sheriff Office on his warrant.
